We have had this Thangka in our collection for over 30 years now. This thangka was stored away for several years. We just very recently decided to showcase our vintage thangka collection on platforms such as Etsy. We were thrilled to discover the quality and depth of these beautiful thangkas when we unveiled them and decided to showcase them online for everyone. In early 2000 we changed our company name from J.B.Art Center to Ritual Thanka and focused primarily on collecting and selling thangka paintings. Due to Covid 19, we have had to change our business strategy and focus more on online platforms. We hope the aesthetics of these vintage statues brings a deep sense of happiness to your hearts.

Mandala is a tool for meditation or contemplative object used to illustrate various aspects of Buddha’s teachings, meditative instruction, or the cosmological representation of the pure microcosm (pure mandala) of the deity.

The Mandala represents a symbolic Geometric Diagram in Tantric Buddhism, which visualizes the metaphysical interconnection between microcosm and the universe. Mandalas embodies a vast store of Spiritual Energy.

Beautiful Thangka paintings- exactly as in the photos, top fast delivery! Excellent communication! Will definitely buy again from this seller!

I have been blessed to procure most of my Thangkas in Asia so it is an amazing experience to be able to shop online and trust the quality. The owner of the shop is unbelievably helpful and very responsive to any questions. The Thangka arrived in the time promised and very well protected in the packaging. I am very excited to be gently allowing it to unfurl and find a new home on my wall to bless all that pass before it. Om
