Description

Vajrayogini:

One of the most potent female deities, Vajrayogini is a well-known deity in Tibetan Buddhism. She is frequently shown as a furious, crimson goddess with a skull crown on her head and a third eye in the middle of her forehead. She is holding a blood-filled skull cup in her left hand, and a curved knife in her right.

Vajrayogini, who is frequently linked to tantric practice, stands for the transformational force of knowledge and compassion. Her moniker, "Vajra Yogini," means "diamond female yogi," and she is revered as a representation of the union of talent and wisdom as well as the ultimate realization of nothingness.

What is a Thangka painting?
