Introducing our Gold Painted Medicine Buddha Thangka, a stunning portrayal of healing and compassion. At the center of this exquisite thangka sits the Medicine Buddha, also known as the Bhaisajyaguru, in a seated posture of deep meditation. His left-hand rests in his lap holding a bowl of healing nectar, while his right hand is extended in the gesture of granting protection and dispelling fear. Surrounding the Medicine Buddha are two additional figures: on the bottom left and right, stand the Medicine Buddha's two main disciples, Suryaprabha and Chandraprabha, representing the illuminating qualities of the sun and the moon. Two Buddhas and Bodhisattvas grace the upper part of the thangka.
